Practice Areas

Wills, Trusts, & Advanced Medical Directives

An estate plan is essential for individuals and their families looking to plan for the distribution of their assets and protection of their legacy. Wills and trusts can be utilized to ensure that the wishes of clients are accurately recorded and reflected, providing peace of mind. For end of life care or during a serious injury or illness, early planning for power of attorney and advanced medical directives can protect autonomy and finances alike during a serious injury/illness or during end of life care.

Mediation

Meditation is a conflict resolution process which allows participants with a dispute or conflict to have a neutral third party assist in the difficult and sometimes emotional conversations necessary to resolve the issue. Meditation is voluntary, confidential, and can be a less expensive way to avoid trial while resolving the dispute. Yasmin is a certified meditator per Maryland Rule 17-106.
